The vineyard grows on granite sand soils rich in iron, with a percentage of clay. The grape harvest takes place manually in mid-September, followed by soft pressing and controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. Further refinement involves 5 months on the fine lees, always in stainless steel, with frequent batonnages. Subsequently, the wine is decanted into the bottle and remains there for a further month before being marketed.

Vermentino has a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The aromas emerge with fruity notes of golden apple, white peach and melon. There is also a pleasant harmony of spices, with herbaceous and saline accents. In the mouth, the wine is enveloping and fresh, reflecting the territory between mountains and sea. The marked flavor characterizes its finish, leaving a typical bitter almond aftertaste.
