This Sicilian Rosé Wine is born from high-altitude vineyards located in the Nebrodi Mountains, in a unique Mediterranean terroir. The strong temperature variations, mineral soils, and mountain winds contribute to giving the wine a particular aromatic richness and balanced structure.

The Frappato grapes are carefully selected and subjected to gentle pressing, allowing for a delicate and refined extraction. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and liveliness, followed by bottle aging that enriches the final profile with greater complexity and balance.

At first glance, it presents an elegant pale pink color. On the nose, it expresses a refined bouquet of red fruits, old rose, and pomegranate, which anticipates a fine and elegant taste profile, perfectly balanced between freshness and structure.
