Onde Rosa by De Stefani is a rosé wine that captures the essence of innovative and sustainable viticulture, typical of the De Stefani winery. Located in the heart of the Veneto region, this winery follows a philosophy of respect for the land and experimentation, creating wines with a unique character.
This rosé is primarily made from Merlot grapes, hand-harvested from vineyards specifically selected for this wine. The vinification process involves short cold macerations of the grapes to preserve the full aromatic profile and freshness of the fruit. Subsequently, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks for several months before being bottled.
Visually, Onde Rosa presents a bright and inviting pink color. On the nose, it offers an elegant and complex bouquet, with notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and a slight floral touch reminiscent of rose and violet.
