The Volupté Extra Brut by Geoffroy is an excellent example of Champagne that combines elegance and freshness, a refined expression of the terroir of the Côte des Bar. This cuvée is born from a careful selection of traditional grape varieties, mainly Pinot Noir, cultivated with care in the estate vineyards, offering superior quality grapes and a perfect balance between maturity and acidity.

The winemaking method follows the strict rules of the champenois tradition, with a second fermentation in the bottle that gives the product a fine and persistent perlage. The extended aging on the lees gives aromatic complexity and a silky structure on the palate. On the nose, there are prominent scents of ripe white fruit, such as apples and pears, accompanied by delicate hints of white flowers and mineral notes, which blend with a pleasant citrus freshness.

On the palate, the Volupté Extra Brut is balanced and lively, with a clean and persistent finish. It is perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, ideal for those seeking a refined and authentic tasting experience in the heart of Champagne.
