The Vosne Romanée of Domaines Faiveley is an elegant expression of the prestigious Côte de Nuits appellation, in the heart of Burgundy. Made exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, this wine reveals a perfect balance between power and refinement, the result of a process respectful of tradition and careful vinification. Aging in fine wooden barrels enriches the bouquet with delicate hints of sweet spices, light vanilla, and earthy notes, typical of the unique Vosne-Romanée terroir. In the glass, it appears with an intense ruby color, accompanied by a complex and enveloping olfactory profile, releasing aromas of ripe red fruits, violet, and a slight hint of leather. On the palate, it is silky, with fine tannins and a vibrant freshness that enhances its longevity. Ideal paired with succulent red meat dishes or aged cheeses, it is a wine that embodies the excellence of Burgundian winemaking.
