Vranc della Daka Winery è un vino rosso di grande personalità, originario dell'affascinante regione della Macedonia del Nord. Questo vino è prodotto con uve Vranc, un vitigno autoctono che fiorisce nei terreni calcarei e argillosi, favorendo la creazione di vini robusti e intensi. Alla vista, si presenta con un colore rubino profondo che cattura immediatamente l'occhio.

Al naso, Vranc offre un bouquet complesso e avvolgente, caratterizzato da note di frutti neri maturi come prugna, mora e ciliegia, armonicamente integrate con sentori speziati di pepe nero e cannella. Sussurri di vaniglia e tabacco, derivanti dal sapiente affinamento in botti di rovere, aggiungono ulteriore profondità e complessità al profilo aromatico.

In bocca, Vranc stupisce per la sua struttura ricca e tannica, bilanciata da un'acidità vivace che conferisce freschezza e longevità al vino. I tannini sono setosi e ben integrati, offrendo una piacevole persistenza. I sapori fruttati e speziati percepiti al naso vengono confermati al palato, con l'aggiunta di leggeri toni minerali che testimoniano l'origine del terroir di questo vino.

Vranc della Daka Winery è un eccellente compagno per piatti di carne rossa, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati. Per apprezzarne appieno le sfumature, è consigliabile servirlo a una temperatura di 16-18°C, dopo una breve decantazione. Perfetto sia per cene eleganti che per momenti di meditazione, questo vino rappresenta con orgoglio la tradizione vinicola macedone.
