The Vulcaia Sauvignon Del Veneto IGT 2023 from the Inama winery represents a distinctive expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the idyllic Veneto region. This wine stands out for its liveliness and freshness, offering an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of tropical fruit, linden, and a slight herbaceous touch that is typical of Sauvignon Blanc.

On the palate, the Vulcaia Sauvignon demonstrates an impeccable balance between crisp acidity and medium body structure, making it incredibly versatile with a variety of dishes. The taste sensations evoke flavors of melon, white peach, and a subtly mineral finish that testifies to the unique soil composition of Veneto.

This wine is ideal to serve chilled, at approximately 10-12°C, and pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, or simply as an aperitif. The 2023 vintage already proves to be promising, highlighting all the classic qualities expected of a refined Sauvignon from Veneto, with an aging potential that will allow appreciation in the coming years.
