The story
Documented as early as 1090, Dievole reflects a long continuity of vine and olive cultivation in the Vagliagli area. In recent years the estate has launched a program of renewal and territorial enhancement aimed at recovering the identity of indigenous grape varieties and highlighting the qualities of each individual cru.
Production philosophy
A focus on reviving native grape varieties, respect for the terroir, and sustainable agricultural practices. The winery favors an approach that combines tradition and contemporary techniques to produce wines that express the local identity.

The estate is located in the Chianti Classico area, in Vagliagli. The vineyards lie between 270 and 420 metres above sea level on variable soils that give rise to distinct micro-terroirs, which are utilised in a single-parcel project. The property comprises extensive vineyards, olive groves and woods.
