The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva "Novecento" Magnum from Dievole winery is a true gem for lovers of high-quality Tuscan wines. Produced in the heart of Tuscany, this excellent Riserva is primarily made from Sangiovese grapes, complemented by small percentages of other indigenous varieties, adhering to the strict regulations of the Chianti Classico DOCG guidelines.

The grape harvest is done manually, carefully selecting only the best clusters to ensure a wine of great structure and complexity. The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva "Novecento" undergoes aging for about 18 months in French oak barrels, which imparts elegant notes of vanilla and spices, perfectly balanced with the typical red fruit flavors characteristic of Sangiovese.

In the glass, the wine presents an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections that reveal its maturation. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of cherry, blackberry, and balsamic notes accompanied by a slight hint of tobacco and chocolate, all enveloped in a subtle mineral vein. On the palate, it is vigorous and at the same time balanced, with a beautiful acidity that promises favorable aging. Mature and well-integrated tannins lead to a long and persistent finish.

This wine is particularly well-suited to pair with robust Italian dishes, such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses. The Magnum format also makes it excellent for special occasions, offering not only a top-tier tasting experience but also a magnificent centerpiece for any festive table.

Dievole winery, known for its dedication to producing wines of the highest level, confirms its excellence with this Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva "Novecento," a wine that celebrates the richness of flavors and depth that only the best Tuscan soils can offer.
