Immerse yourself in the sensory enigma of the Chianti Classico DOCG BIO produced by Dievole, a true emblem of the Tuscan terroir. This extraordinary organic wine embodies the essence of Dievole's philosophy, which for centuries has been dedicated to creating wines of the highest quality, with full respect for nature and the environment.

Originating from the gentle hills of Chianti, where the ideal climate and rich soils bestow unique characteristics, Dievole's Chianti Classico DOCG BIO results from a meticulous selection of Sangiovese grapes. The vineyards are cultivated without the use of synthetic chemicals, following organic methods that ensure sustainability and purity of the wine.

To the eye, it presents an intense ruby red color, with slight garnet reflections that intensify with aging. On the nose, the bouquet reveals itself as complex and rich, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, enriched by hints of violets and sweet spices, typical of wood aging.

On the palate, Dievole's Chianti Classico DOCG BIO surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and well-structured tannins. The flavor is persistent, with a finish that recalls wild berries and a slight touch of tobacco and cocoa, derived from maturation in oak barrels.

Ideal to serve with traditional Tuscan cuisine dishes, such as bistecca alla fiorentina or stewed wild boar, this wine is also perfect for accompanying aged cheeses. It is recommended to decant it at least an hour before serving to enhance all its aromatic facets.

Experience a wine that is both a celebration of tradition and a shining example of environmental responsibility. Dievole's Chianti Classico DOCG BIO will not only delight your palate but will also connect you with the Tuscan land, from the first sip to the last.
