The Lambrusco Secco DOC from Cantine Riunite is an excellent example of the winemaking tradition of the Reggiano area. This sparkling wine, known for its intense ruby color and lively effervescence, creates a perfect balance between taste and aroma that persists elegantly on the palate.

In the glass, the Lambrusco Secco offers an aromatic bouquet of notes of ripe red fruits, such as raspberries and blackberries, combined with floral nuances and light traces of spices. The initial approach on the palate is fresh and direct, driving good acidity that leads to a dynamic and pleasantly tannic sip. The well-integrated effervescence contributes to the typical liveliness of Lambrusco, making this wine particularly attractive.

Produced under the Controlled Designation of Origin, the Lambrusco Secco from Cantine Riunite follows strict production standards that guarantee consistent quality. The vinification occurs with the Charmat method, which preserves the aromatic intensity and fresh character of the wine.

Ideal culinary pairings include typical dishes from the Emilian cuisine such as cured meats and cheeses, but it also pairs excellently with grilled meat dishes or rustic pizza. It is also a great choice for festive occasions or appetizers thanks to its spirited and inviting character.

Serve the Lambrusco Secco DOC from Cantine Riunite at a temperature of about 8-10°C to fully enjoy its qualities. This wine not only delights the palate but also celebrates the rich winemaking tradition of one of Italy's most vibrant regions. A must for lovers of quality sparkling wines.
