A careful selection of Chardonnay and Sauvignon come together to give voice to a great white that highlights the roundness of one, and the typical scents of the second.

The vinification and maturation takes place in steel tanks at low temperatures, this enhances the particular aromatic complexity of the grapes, giving a balanced wine, with great harmony and freshness.

In the glass it shows a beautiful straw yellow color. Herbaceous aromas arrive on the nose, with fruity aromas of yellow apple and citrus peel; the taste is decidedly fresh and fruity, with savory hints.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with maltagliati with artichokes, ideal with vegetable gnocchi and grilled fish.

Over the years the vineyards were expanded and new plantings introduced, including international varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet and Chardonnay. The Montepirolo line has become the flagship label, the result of investments in the vineyard and winemaking.
Production philosophy
