The Pinot Gris Linea Grossi Laue of Famille Hugel comes from the prestigious Alsace area, a land famous for its elegant and structured white wines. This wine is made from Pinot Gris grapes, a variety that here finds a perfect balance between acidity and softness, capable of fully expressing the minerality and complexity of the Alsatian terroir. The harvest is selective, and the grapes are carefully handled to preserve the delicate aromatic nuances.

The aging, partially carried out in wooden barrels, gives the Pinot Gris Linea Grossi Laue a refined olfactory complexity: notes of ripe yellow fruit, spicy hints of ginger, and a slight perception of honey intertwine in a harmonious profile. On the palate, it presents itself as full and enveloping, with a balance between freshness and structure that invites long sipping. The gustatory persistence is marked by a subtle minerality typical of the territory.

Excellent paired with flavorful fish dishes, Asian cuisine, and blue cheeses, this Pinot Gris represents a refined expression of Alsace and the tradition of Famille Hugel.
