The "Don Luigi Rosso" Riserva Molise DOC in Magnum format by Di Majo Norante represents one of the highest and most prestigious expressions of this historic Molise winery, dedicated to the patriarch of the Majo family of the same name. The choice of the Magnum format is not only a question of size, but also contributes to a more harmonious aging of the wine, allowing the "Don Luigi Rosso" Riserva to develop even greater complexity and depth over time.

Produced mainly from Montepulciano grapes, with a small addition of Aglianico to give further structure and complexity, this wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes harvested manually in the most suitable vineyards of the winery, located in the fertile hills of Molise. The unique microclimate and well-drained soils of this area are ideal for the cultivation of these vines, which in this context best express their distinctive characteristics.

The vinification of "Don Luigi Rosso" Riserva follows traditional methods, favoring slow fermentation and prolonged maceration to enhance the aromatic richness and tannic complexity of the grapes. The refinement in French oak barriques further enriches the wine, bringing elegant notes of spices, tobacco and vanilla, which integrate perfectly with the fruit.

At sight, the wine shows an intense ruby red hue, tending towards garnet as it evolves in the bottle. The nose is enveloping and complex, with a wide spectrum of aromas ranging from ripe red fruit, such as cherries and plums, to hints of chocolate, leather, spices and a touch of tobacco, highlighting the excellent integration between fruit and wood.

In the mouth, the "Don Luigi Rosso" Riserva offers a rich and layered tasting experience, with velvety tannins and a lively acidity that guarantees balance and freshness. The richness of the fruit combines with nuances of coffee, vanilla and sweet spices, leading to a long and persistent finish, which leaves an impression of elegance and power.

Ideal for special occasions, the Magnum format of "Don Luigi Rosso" Riserva Molise DOC is perfect for sharing among enthusiasts and connoisseurs, accompanying intense dishes such as roast meats, game and mature cheeses. This wine not only represents the winemaking excellence of Molise, but is also testimony to Di Majo Norante's commitment to producing wines that are a faithful expression of the territory and its rich winemaking tradition.
