The Vermentino di Gallura DOCG "Sa Raina" produced by Mancini winery stands out in its category, perfect for elegantly enriching any wine collection. This wine is produced exclusively in the Gallura region, in the north of Sardinia, an area recognized for its unique terrain and ideal climate that highlight the distinctive characteristics of the Vermentino grape.

With a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, "Sa Raina" offers a profusion of aromas on the nose: fruity notes of green apple and white peach mix with hints of white flowers and a subtle mineral streak. This olfactory complexity anticipates an equally rich and layered taste experience.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced. The lively acidity supports a medium body and leads to a long and pleasantly savory finish, with an aftertaste that recalls the granitic terroir of the region. The structure and persistence of this Vermentino make it ideal for pairing with fish dishes, seafood, or fresh cheeses, but it is equally enjoyable as an aperitif.

"Sa Raina" by Mancini is an example of how one can stay true to the wine tradition of Gallura, enhancing the grape variety through modern winemaking techniques that highlight its purity and the expression of the terroir. A wine that not only tells the story of its environment but also celebrates the passion and hard work of Mancini winery in creating quality wines that are recognized and appreciated.
