One of the sparkling gems from the Marcalberto company is their "Spumante Pas Dosè Metodo Classico - Blanc de Blancs", promising an impeccable and refined tasting experience. This sparkling wine is characterized by the classic method of bottle fermentation, the same used in the Champagne region, which ensures a superior quality and a surprisingly complex aromatic richness.

Produced exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, this Blanc de Blancs shines for its varietal purity and extraordinary finesse. The term "Pas Dosè" indicates that no additional sugars were added after the second fermentation, resulting in a drier and intensely pure version of the wine.

On the nose, Marcalberto’s Spumante presents a seductive bouquet of aromas that include notes of ripe white fruits, delicate white flowers, and a light hint of fresh yeast deriving from the prolonged maturation on lees. The absence of dosage enhances its natural freshness and allows for a better perception of its distinctive mineral qualities and creamy texture.

On the palate, the wine is lively yet elegant, with a balanced acidity that leads to a long and clean finish. The complexity of the wine develops slowly on the palate, leaving hints of lemon zest, hazelnuts, and a cooling mineral touch that refreshes.

Serve this sparkling wine at a temperature of about 8-10°C to best enhance its characteristics. It is perfect as an aperitif but also has the structure to accompany refined dishes such as oysters, raw seafood, or dishes based on noble fish. A true jewel for lovers of high-quality sparkling wines who seek elegance and purity in their glass.
