A sweet Spumante produced with 100% Moscato grapes from vines grown on the second hill of the Oltrepò Pavese on soils with a composition deriving from the disintegration of sandstone and calcareous marl with a percentage of clay component, located at an altitude of about 300/350 m a.s.l.

The vinification involves a short maceration on the skins, soft pressing of the grapes with immediate separation from the skins. The must obtained ferments in autoclaves according to the Martinotti method for a period of about 15/20 days; the wine obtained is filtered and aged in the bottle for 3 months before being placed on the market.

In the glass, it has a typical straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is fresh, with marked floral aromas and intense fruity hints of apple, pear, peach, plum and citrus. The taste is pleasantly sweet, elegant and well structured, with good retro-olfactory persistence.

The perfect goblet to serve at the end of a meal in combination with desserts, especially with cream cakes but also typical traditional desserts such as Easter Colomba and Panettone.
