The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Il Serraglio" in MAGNUM size represents one of the most authentic and appreciated expressions of the Emilian wine tradition. Geographically located in the heart of the Lambrusco di Sorbara production area, this wine is produced by the Serraglio winery, renowned for its dedication to quality and adherence to traditional production methods that enhance the characteristic terroir of this area.

Colored a bright red with lively reflections, it features a fine and persistent perlage that hints at its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, "Il Serraglio" offers an aromatic bouquet rich in light floral and fruity notes, particularly strawberry and raspberry, with a slight touch of violet that is typical of Sorbara.

On the palate, the wine is light yet structured, with a pleasant acidity that makes it sharp and extremely drinkable. The balance between fruitiness and a discreet dryness invites sipping it along with dishes from the Emilian cuisine, such as cold cuts and soft cheeses, but also with bolder dishes like barbecue or grilled fish.

The MAGNUM format is particularly suited for shared occasions, ensuring not only a greater evolution of the wine due to the larger volume but also an impressive presentation at the table.

"Il Serraglio" Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC is a wine that tells the story and culture of a territory rich in enogastronomic traditions, ideal for those who wish to explore the authenticity of quality sparkling wines.
