This wine is the result of grapes coming from 25-year-old vines, rooted in sandy soils ideal for the production of aromatic white wines. The harvest, carried out by hand in the first ten days of September, preserves the fresh and savory characteristics of the varietal. The free-run must, obtained by soft pressing, ferments exclusively in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees in steel for a few months, keeping its aromatic qualities intact and broadening its taste profile.

“Petrizza” has a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, the clean citric aromas emerge, with hints of bergamot and lime, alongside tropical fruity notes such as pineapple. You can also perceive an elegant floral component of wisteria and the finesse of almond. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and stimulating, confirming the citrus notes and offering a brilliant flavor that makes you want to continue tasting it.

This Vermentino pairs beautifully with grilled or fried fish dishes, highlighting its balance between freshness and flavor which is fully expressed in the glass.
