This splendid Classic Method Sparkling Wine Dosage Zero MAGNUM, crafted by the acclaimed Kante winery, stands out for its pure expression of the Karst terroir. Originating from renowned vineyards in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this sparkling wine represents the pinnacle of Kante's production, known for its commitment to natural and sustainable winemaking methods.

The Dosage Zero MAGNUM, with its absence of added sugars, offers an extremely precise and authentic tasting of the grape variety. This sparkling wine is characterized by an almost imperceptible fineness of bubbles that dances elegantly in the glass, releasing aromas of fresh citrus, green apple, and mineral notes typical of the rocky Karst soil.

Upon tasting, the body is vigorous yet balanced, with a vibrant acidity that enhances its lasting freshness. The finish is long and clean, with a flavor recall of bread crust and yeast due to the prolonged aging on the lees.

Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany raw fish dishes, oysters, and seafood, the Dosage Zero MAGNUM from Kante is also ideal for celebrating special occasions, thanks to its MAGNUM format presentation, which makes it a true protagonist at the table.

This sparkling wine is not only an expression of winemaking excellence but also a conscious choice for wine lovers who seek authentic and environmentally respectful products.

Winery history
Cantina Santi was founded as a winery in Illasi and has been present in Valpolicella since the 19th century. During the 20th century the Santi family introduced technical innovations and progressively focused on high-end wines; in 1974 the winery became part of Gruppo Italiano Vini, which reinforced investments and facilities while preserving its local identity.
Production philosophy
Santi claims a style tied to the sense of place of Valpolicella: it favors the predominant use of Corvina in its selections, aging in large traditional casks, and the use of local woods to enhance the aromatic qualities typical of native grape varieties. The approach combines oenological research with respect for local practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Santi's vineyards and selections are concentrated in Val d'Illasi and the classic areas of Valpolicella, using a vineyard-selection approach across different exposures and microclimates to produce wines that reflect the local terroir. The winery also works with vineyards in other Veronese appellations such as Soave, Bardolino and Lugana.
