The name "Serpara" derives from "place of snakes", and refers to the most prized vineyard of the estate. Its symbol is the Swabian imperial black eagle, and it is so called due to the mild climate even in the coldest periods of the year. The harvest takes place towards the end of October, the Aglianico bunches are carefully selected during the harvest. After vinification, maturation is carried out in French Allier barriques, barrels with natural characteristics that manage to mitigate the power of Aglianico and make it velvety and warm, extremely fine and structured.

When poured it shows a garnet red colour. On the nose, clear scents of sweet spices and white pepper stand out. A full-bodied sip wine with an elegant taste and an excellently persistent finish with hints of ripe fruit.

Perfect throughout the meal, it is recommended to combine it with red meat and game dishes, it is also excellent with aged cheeses.
