The Lugana "Le Fornaci" is an emblematic example of the rich winemaking tradition of the Tommasi family, a renowned winery that leverages the favorable microclimate of Lake Garda to produce wines of great expressiveness and character. This white wine is made exclusively from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, carefully selected from vineyards situated near the lake.

The vinification of Lugana "Le Fornaci" follows methodologies aimed at preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the grape. After harvesting, the grapes undergo gentle pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This process helps maintain the typical freshness and aromaticity of Trebbiano.

Visually, the wine presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, "Le Fornaci" offers an intriguing bouquet of aromas: notes of white fruits such as pear and apple can be recognized, along with nuances of white flowers and a slight mineral trace reminiscent of wet stone.

On the palate, Lugana "Le Fornaci" proves to be elegant and well-structured. The entry is smooth, while the well-balanced acidity leads to a pleasantly persistent finish that recalls the olfactory sensations of fresh fruit and minerality. It is a wine that pairs beautifully with fish dishes, such as seafood risottos or baked fish, but can also be an excellent aperitif.

Tommasi's "Le Fornaci" is a wine that combines tradition and innovation, offering a tasting experience that is both refined and accessible, ideal for those who appreciate sophisticated yet versatile Italian whites.
