The RossoBastardo Umbria IGT Rosso, produced by the renowned Salomon - Cesarini Sartori winery, is an authentic expression of the Umbrian territory that encapsulates the passion and winemaking tradition of the region. This wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes, harvested and processed following traditional methods combined with modern techniques, ensuring a high-quality product.

RossoBastardo presents itself with a deep, almost impenetrable red color that foreshadows the complexity and richness of its bouquet. On the nose, it offers a wide aromatic spectrum, with scents of ripe red fruits like cherries and plums, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper and a slight touch of vanilla from aging in barriques.

On the palate, the wine reveals itself to be full and robust, with a solid structure supported by mature yet sweet tannins, contributing to a pleasant aromatic persistence. The balance between acidity and fruitiness makes RossoBastardo particularly harmonious, capable of evolving elegantly over time.

This wine pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes from traditional Italian cuisine, such as grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is also ideal as a meditation wine, to be savored slowly to appreciate every nuance.

With its decidedly distinctive character, the RossoBastardo Umbria IGT Rosso by Salomon - Cesarini Sartori is a prestigious addition to any wine collection, destined to satisfy the most discerning palates and offer an unforgettable tasting experience.
