Lamberti Extra Dry Cuvée Spumante, produced according to the Charmat Method, is a sparkling wine that expresses with elegance and liveliness the savoir-faire of the Lamberti winery, renowned for the production of quality sparkling wines in the heart of Veneto. This wine stands out for its freshness and its fruity and floral aromatic profile, the result of a skilful selection of white grapes, which give the sparkling wine a pleasant complexity and a balanced sweetness, typical of the Extra Dry style.

Visually, it presents a light, bright and lively straw yellow colour, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage which testifies to the high quality of the winemaking and the attention to detail of the Lamberti winery. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with dominant notes of white flowers and fresh fruit, such as green apple and peach, enriched by nuances of citrus fruits and a light touch of toasted bread, which add elegance and depth to the olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a perfect balance between acidic freshness and moderate sweetness, typical of the Extra Dry style, creating a harmonious and drinkable structure. The creaminess of the perlage caresses the palate, leaving a sensation of freshness and pleasant aromatic persistence, with a slightly fruity and refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, Lamberti's Spumante Extra Dry Cuvée is also an excellent accompaniment to light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Its versatility and pleasantness make it suitable for different occasions, from informal dinners to more important celebrations.

With its Spumante Extra Dry Cuvée "Charmat Method", Lamberti confirms its commitment to the production of sparkling wines that are an expression of the tradition and oenological innovation of the Veneto, offering a product that combines the freshness and liveliness of sparkling wine with the elegant and satisfying sweetness of the Extra Dry style.
