When discussing elegance and refinement in the world of sparkling wines, the "Fulvio Beo Rosè" from Cà Rugate stands out forcefully as a distinguished and memorable example. This sparkling wine, produced following the strict Traditional Method, displays a quality and complexity that only the finest selections can offer.

On the nose, the "Fulvio Beo Rosè" from Cà Rugate offers delicate nuances of red fruits, particularly strawberries and raspberries, enhanced by subtle floral touches and a fresh note of brioche bread, which comes from its maturation on the yeasts for more than 24 months.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a soft and bright pink color, perfectly balanced by a fine and persistent perlage that invites tasting. On the palate, it offers a broad and enveloping sip, characterized by good acidity and a fresh balance that adds vitality to the entire tasting experience.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine also pairs marvelously with fish-based dishes, light starters, and selections of mildly aged cheeses. Its versatility makes it perfect for special occasions, celebrating moments where the quality and pleasure of good drinking become the focus.

To be served cold, at about 6-8°C, the "Fulvio Beo Rosè" represents the sublime expression of the sparkling wine art of Cà Rugate, a winery that continues to stand out for its dedication to quality and innovation.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
