This wine, born from the combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmenere, represents a tribute to the Trentino terroir and its rich winemaking tradition. Its creation is the result of skillful winemaking: 80% of the wine rests for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, while the remaining 20% completes its maturation in barrique for 6 months. This process gives the wine a robust structure and longevity that allows it to develop and refine in the bottle for over 5 years.
With a lively ruby red colour, it offers a rich and fruity bouquet, enriched with distinctive herbaceous notes. In the mouth, it has an excellent balance between softness, flavor and tannic texture.
This wine is particularly suitable for pairing with red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
