The "Amaro del Vulcano" is a unique herbal liqueur that encapsulates the essence of the volcanic lands from which it originates. This special beverage is produced in a distillery located at the foot of an ancient volcano, utilizing indigenous herbs and plants grown in its fertile soil. The composition of the volcanic terrain imparts these herbs with a particularly rich and intense aromatic profile, making the "Amaro del Vulcano" distinctive in its category.

The production process combines traditional methods with modern techniques, ensuring that each bottle maintains a perfect balance between the various herbs used. The recipe, which has been passed down for generations, includes a variety of herbs such as gentian, artemisia, and rhubarb. These herbs are macerated and then slowly distilled to ensure a complete fusion of flavors.

From an organoleptic standpoint, the "Amaro del Vulcano" presents a dark color with amber reflections. On the nose, robust notes of aromatic herbs are perceived, with hints of citrus and earthy roots. On the palate, it is complex and rich, beginning with a sweet start that gradually gives way to a bitter, persistent, and refreshing finish.

This beverage can be enjoyed in various ways: neat, as a digestif after a meal, or as part of innovative cocktails, where its distinctive character can truly shine and add a unique touch.

The "Amaro del Vulcano" is not only an excellent choice for lovers of bitter liqueurs but also an exploration into the taste of herbs grown in an environment steeped in natural and volcanic history.

empty handed in canada

i ordered a case in December but have not received it yet.
my research post acquisition suggests i will never receive it as i dont have an import license to bring in alcohol into canada.
my frustration lies with myself foremost but also with bottleofitaly for not having clearer notification prior to submitting credit card info that one may experience significant issues bringing alcohol into a country!~ i was more that willing to pay duty but suspect this shipment is lost in canadian customs and poured down their drain~
