Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG di Zironda è un vino rosso di grande prestigio, frutto della tradizione vinicola della Valpolicella. Questo vino è ottenuto da un blend di uve autoctone: Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara, appassite in fruttaio per un periodo di circa 120 giorni. Il processo di appassimento conferisce al vino una straordinaria concentrazione di zuccheri e aromi. Dopo la fermentazione, l'Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG matura in botti di rovere per un minimo di 24 mesi, periodo durante il quale acquista complessità e profondità.

Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso, quasi impenetrabile, con riflessi granati. Al naso esprime un bouquet ricco e avvolgente, con note di ciliegia marasca, prugna secca, cioccolato fondente e spezie dolci come la cannella e la vaniglia. In bocca è corposo e vellutato, con tannini ben integrati e una piacevole freschezza che bilancia la naturale dolcezza del vino. La persistenza gustativa è lunga e armoniosa, con un retrogusto che richiama le sensazioni fruttate e speziate percepite al naso.

Questo Amarone raggiunge l'apice della sua espressione se accompagnato da piatti di carne rossa, selvaggina, funghi e formaggi stagionati. È un vino da meditazione, ideale per momenti di relax e per essere gustato in occasioni speciali.
