The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2019 by Castello Banfi, labeled Balthazar, is the intense and refined expression of the heart of Tuscany. Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grosso grapes, grown on the sunny hills around Montalcino, this wine reflects the perfect balance between terroir and winemaking tradition. After careful fermentation, the Balthazar slowly matures in oak barrels, developing a complex and structured character.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color, accompanied by a rich and enveloping bouquet, where aromas of ripe cherry, violet, and sweet spices emerge, with subtle hints of tobacco and leather. On the palate, it reveals itself full and harmonious, with well-rounded tannins and an intense persistence that leaves an elegant and long-lasting aftertaste.

Ideal with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, the Brunello Balthazar embodies the excellence of the Montalcino denomination, offering a memorable and refined tasting experience.
