The Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne from W.Saintot is a standout in the Champagne region, globally renowned for its production of high-quality sparkling wines. Made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, this champagne embodies the purity and elegance of the grape in a sublime manner.

Visually, it presents a bright golden color, with a fine and persistent bead that foreshadows the refinement of its bouquet. On the nose, W.Saintot's Blanc de Blancs Brut offers a symphony of fresh and vibrant aromas, dominated by citrus, white flowers, and hints of freshly baked bread, typical of the fermentation and aging in the bottle according to the traditional Champenoise method.

On the palate, this champagne surprises with its liveliness and freshness, providing a perfect harmony between acidity and structure. The taste complexity is expressed through flavors of green apple, pear, a touch of lime, and hints of almond, with a long and pleasantly mineral finish that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, W.Saintot's Blanc de Blancs Brut is also perfect when paired with delicate fish dishes, oysters, or an assortment of light appetizers. An excellent choice to celebrate special occasions or to add a touch of class to convivial moments, this champagne is a testament to the art of French winemaking, providing unforgettable emotions with every sip.

Winery history
The Saintot family has been involved in Champagne viticulture since 1918, when Firmin Saintot settled in Avenay‑Val‑d'Or. In the following years the next generation expanded the property and its activities: William purchased the first parcels and also started a nursery. In the 1990s and 2000s management passed to Henri and Nathalie, with investments in the winery and pressing facilities; the younger generation, Morgann and Gwenn, later joined, strengthening the estate’s image and environmental focus.
Production philosophy
The approach prioritizes soil care and minimal intervention: no herbicides or insecticides, limited use of copper, sulfur and plant-based products, fermentations with indigenous yeasts and parcel-by-parcel winemaking. The winery focuses on artisanal work, low doses and on producing wines that reflect the terroir rather than the winemaker's style.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyard is located in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, with parcels mainly in Avenay‑Val‑d'Or, Mutigny and Bisseuil, all classified Premier Cru. Soils range from silty‑clay to marls and fragmented limestones; the estate also owns several plots in the Aube at Champignol‑lez‑Mondeville, which broaden the diversity of exposures and soils.
