The Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico DOC from the year 1931, produced by Cantine Avanzi, represents a true treasure for wine lovers and an extraordinary example of the winemaking tradition of Lago di Garda. This rosé wine is characterized by its perfect balance and elegance, which make it a product of great refinement and appeal.

The uniqueness of this Chiaretto lies in its production methodology, which adheres to the strict regulations of the DOC Riviera del Garda Classico denomination. The harvest, managed with utmost care, allows for the selection of the best grapes, primarily of indigenous varieties such as Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera. The early harvest, aimed at preserving natural acidity and freshness, is followed by a short maceration which gives the wine its characteristic pale pink color and delicate aromas.

The aromatic profile of Avanzi's Chiaretto 1931 is an enchanting bouquet of floral notes, beautifully interwoven with hints of small red fruits like cherries and wild strawberries, and a light touch of citrus. On the palate, the wine exhibits a lively freshness, balanced by a slight and pleasant tannic structure, culminating in a long and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Chiaretto pairs splendidly with light appetizers, fish dishes, and white meats. Its versatility also makes it perfect for accompanying Mediterranean cuisine, especially those recipes that evoke the flavors and aromas of the Garda area.

Cantina Avanzi, with a history dating back to 1931, reaffirms itself with this Chiaretto as a prominent player in the Italian wine industry, capable of conveying, through its wines, the passion and love for the land. Every sip of this Chiaretto 1931 is a journey through time and history, a true expression of the unique terroir of Lago di Garda.
