The Rosso Toscana IGT "Micolore" produced by the Cava D'Onice winery reveals an essence deeply connected to the Tuscan territory, a cradle of extraordinarily high-quality grapes. This wine represents an authentic expression of the region, masterfully combining tradition and innovation.

The winemaking process begins with a careful selection of the grapes, followed by controlled maceration and fermentation, which maximize the extraction of colors and aromas. The aging, partially done in oak barriques, further refines the wine's profile, adding complexity and structure.

Visually, "Micolore" presents itself with an intense and vibrant red color. On the nose, it offers generous notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, skillfully integrated with hints of sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla, resulting from its time in wood. On the palate, the wine is robust yet balanced, with silky tannins and a pleasant freshness that leads to a persistent and harmonious finish.

This label pairs beautifully with traditional Tuscan dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar or bistecca alla fiorentina. It is also an ideal companion for tasting evenings, where it can be served to accompany aged cheeses and cured meats.

"Micolore" by Cava D'Onice is not just a wine, but a sensory journey into the heart of Tuscany that promises to surprise and delight wine lovers and demanding experts with every sip.
