Bolla Valpolicella DOC presents an immediate and pleasant profile: in the glass it shows a bright ruby color and a bouquet dominated by fresh red fruit, with hints of cherry and small wild berries, accompanied by a delicate herbal note. On the palate it is slim but well-structured, supported by lively acidity and soft tannins that make it smooth and easy-drinking; balance and lightness are its distinctive traits, with moderate persistence and a slightly savory finish that invites the next glass. The aromas open up with aeration, also revealing a slight spiciness and floral hints that make the bouquet more multifaceted.

Best enjoyed young and very versatile, it lends itself to many pairings: excellent with warm appetizers, pasta with a light ragù, grilled white meats and pizza, as well as with cured meats and fresh cheeses during the aperitif. Serve at a cool temperature, around 16–18 °C, to enhance its freshness and aromatic liveliness. It’s a pleasant, characterful everyday choice, suitable for both informal conviviality and simple but carefully prepared meals.
