Produced with native grapes from the territory, primarily Nerello Mascalese, this wine represents the purest and most intense expression of its original terroir.
Vinification follows methods that respect the nature and history of the grape, with fermentations occurring thanks to indigenous yeasts, preserving the original characteristics of the varieties used. The aging process is done in barrels to confer an unparalleled aromatic complexity, while maintaining the typical freshness of Etna wines.
