The Champagne Blanc De Blancs - Astucciato by Delamotte is a refined and pure expression of Chardonnay, the variety from which it is entirely produced. This prestigious champagne comes from the Côte des Blancs region, renowned for its chalky soils that impart a particular minerality to the wines. Delamotte, one of the oldest Champagne houses, practices a careful selection of the grapes and meticulous management of the winemaking process to ensure elegance and complexity in its Blanc de Blancs.

On the nose, it opens with vibrant notes of citrus, followed by nuances of white flowers and hints of fresh almond. On the palate, the wine expresses itself with a crystalline freshness, a rich yet balanced texture, supported by a fine perlage that persists in the long finish. The elegant case that accompanies it makes it a prestigious gift or a classy addition to any wine collection.

This Champagne is ideal as an aperitif, but can elegantly accompany dishes based on fish, seafood, or a simple selection of creamy cheeses. The tasting experience will be a moment of pure pleasure and refinement.

Winery history
Founded in 1760, Delamotte is one of the oldest Champagne houses. Its historic base is in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger and, over the course of the 20th century, its fate became linked with that of other local houses. Since 1988 it has been part of the Laurent‑Perrier group and shares history and resources with its sister house Salon.
Production philosophy
Delamotte’s work places terroir at the centre: wines built on the purity and freshness of Chardonnay, with respect for the vineyard and attention to naturalness. The range is deliberately limited and designed to be accessible yet refined, with the aim of enhancing pleasure and conviviality.
Terroir and vineyards
The cellars and production are based in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. The wines are made from grapes sourced from parcels in the Côte des Blancs, including Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Avize, Oger and Cramant, grown on the area's characteristic limestone soils.
