The Champagne Grand Cru Brut - Collection Privee from the renowned Soutiran winery is an exclusive selection that captures the elegance and character of the finest Grand Cru vineyards in the Champagne region. This prestigious sparkling wine is produced using traditional methods, including extended aging on the lees to enrich the aromatic bouquet and complexity of flavor.

On the nose, the Champagne Grand Cru Brut from Soutiran initially offers lively notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, followed by hints of white flowers and a slight touch of toasted bread, delivering a subtle complexity. On the palate, the liveliness of the perlage blends harmoniously with a balanced structure and a persistent freshness that invites another sip. The finish is clean and elegantly long, with a lingering aftertaste that recalls the typical minerality of the Grand Cru terroirs.

Perfect as an aperitif, this champagne pairs splendidly with seafood, sushi, or delicate dishes based on chicken and rabbit. A high-profile choice to celebrate special occasions or to make any tasting moment unique.

Winery history
Soutiran is a family-run estate active for several generations in Ambonnay. The house's official narrative describes work passed down over time: Gérard Soutiran's estate was developed by Alain Soutiran and later promoted abroad by Valérie Soutiran; today production is carried out in partnership with cellar master Patrick Renaux. The maison's website reports international exhibition and commercial activity as early as the late 1980s and underscores the project's generational continuity.
Production philosophy
Artisanal approach and a pursuit of quality: the family favors winemaking choices that highlight the diversity of each cru. They work numerous small parcels, limit the use of chemical inputs and adopt responsible vineyard practices; in the cellar they use a variety of techniques and maintain reserves to preserve the maison's style.
Terroir and vineyards
Soutiran is based in Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Its vineyards lie on hills with chalky soils and varied exposures; the estate works numerous small vineyards that impart varied aromatic and mineral profiles, particularly to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Awards and recognitions
Extensive wine-critic coverage, with high scores awarded to several cuvées listed on the maison's product pages.
