The Spumante Metodo Classico Alta Langa Brut DOCG - Oriolo is born in the Piedmontese hills that characterize the Alta Langa denomination, a territory known for its cool climate and calcareous-clay soils, ideal for the cultivation of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. This vintage sparkling wine stands out for its elegance and complexity, achieved through a strict bottle fermentation according to the classic method, with prolonged aging that enriches its structure and finesse.

In the glass, it presents a very fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, delicate scents of green apple, bread crust, white flowers, and a mineral note directly recalling the terroir of Alta Langa open up. On the palate, it reveals vibrant freshness, good persistence, and a balance between acidity and creamy texture, leaving a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and harmony.

Perfect with seafood appetizers, shellfish, or during an elegant aperitif, this sparkling wine embodies the excellence of the Piedmontese territory and the mastery of Oriolo.
