The Nebbiolo Rosato Colline Novaresi DOC by Torraccia, produced in the evocative area of the Colline Novaresi, expresses a unique elegance of the Nebbiolo grape in a rosé style. This wine is made from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes, giving a pale pink color, bright and brilliant, a spectacular visual introduction to the tasting. On the nose, fruity notes of wild strawberries, fresh cherries, and floral hints invite you to sip.

On the palate, it is lively, with vibrant freshness and well-balanced acidity, accompanied by a very light tannin typical of Nebbiolo but softened by rosé vinification. Maturation in steel preserves freshness and aromatic purity, delivering a clean and harmonious finish. Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, delicate first courses, and white meats, it is a refined rosé, capable of telling the story of the Colline Novaresi region with grace and intensity.

Winery history
The company's origins date back to the 1950s, when Pierino Piantavigna planted the first vineyards; it was officially established in 1997 by Alessandro Francoli. Over time ownership and management have evolved to include local family collaborations and an expansion of vineyards and production, while maintaining a focus on the viticultural traditions of the Colline Novaresi.
Production philosophy
Showcasing the territory through careful, low-impact viticulture, prioritizing native grape varieties and practices that bring out the character of the soil and climate. The approach combines respect for local tradition with modern winemaking techniques to produce wines with long aging potential.
