The Viognier Bianco IGP of Cantina Colosi comes from selected vineyards located in a territory rich in winemaking tradition, where the Mediterranean climate favors the perfect ripening of the grapes. The Viognier grape variety, known for its unique aromatic character, expresses here intense scents of white flowers, peach, and notes of apricot, accompanied by light spicy nuances and a hint of citrus.

Winery history
The Colosi family has been cultivating vineyards in the Aeolian Islands for decades. Current management is carried out by family members, with production activities spread between the island of Salina and the administrative and bottling headquarters in Giammoro, in the province of Messina. Over the years the company has developed both local wines typical of the Aeolian Islands and broader ranges for the Sicilian and international markets.
