Château Romassan Bandol Rosé Coeur de Grain in Jeroboam format, produced by Domaines Ott, is a celebration of excellence in rosé production in the Provence region of France. This impressive format, equivalent to four standard 750ml bottles, not only makes an impressive visual statement but also offers wine aging benefits, allowing for slower, more harmonious maturation thanks to the greater volume of wine contained.

Located in the Bandol appellation, Château Romassan benefits from a unique terroir characterized by limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate that ensures optimal ripening of the grapes. The wine is a sophisticated blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault, grape varieties that give the rosé its structure, aromatic depth and aging potential.

Domaines Ott is renowned for its commitment to quality and authentic expression of terroir. The winemaking is meticulous, with a rigorous selection of the grapes, delicate pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the flavors.

Château Romassan Bandol Rosé Coeur de Grain stands out for its pale and bright pink color. On the nose, it expresses a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of red fruit, peach, citrine notes and subtle floral hints, completed by a delicate minerality. In the mouth, the wine surprises with its elegance and balance, with a lively acidity that supports a palate rich in flavors and leads to a persistent and harmonious finish.

This rosé from Domaines Ott is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from Mediterranean cuisine to grilled fish and seafood, offering a versatility that makes it ideal for special occasions and celebrations. The Jeroboam format, in particular, is a spectacular choice for important events, where the wine not only delights the palate but also becomes a central element of the shared experience.

In conclusion, the Château Romassan Bandol Rosé Coeur de Grain Jeroboam is a testament to Domaines Ott's mastery of producing high-end rosé wines, combining Provençal winemaking tradition with innovation and a passion for excellence.

Conversion to organic and sustainable practices underway; first Ecocert‑certified harvests reported by sources.
Winery history
The Ott family's activity in Provence began with Marcel Ott; the first documented purchase was Château de Selle. The family later acquired Clos Mireille and Château Romassan. During the 20th century Domaines Ott developed a quality-focused production, with parcel-based vinifications and an iconic bottle introduced by the family in the 1930s. More recently the project entered the sphere of the Roederer group, while technical management remained entrusted to the Ott family.
Production philosophy
A focus on the typicality of individual terroirs, yield limitation and meticulous winemaking. Consistent attention to soil quality and ageing. In recent years the group has begun converting part of its vineyards to more sustainable and organic practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The three estates are located in the Var department: Château de Selle in Taradeau, Clos Mireille in La Londe-les-Maures and Château Romassan in Le Castellet. The terroirs range from clay-limestone and chalky soils to schist and quartz, resulting in wines with distinct profiles.
