The Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG of San Nicolao, signed Vite Colte, is born in the heart of the Asti hills, a land rich in wine tradition and terroirs suited to the production of intense and characterful wines. This wine stands out for its main grape variety, Barbera, which here finds ideal exposure and soil conditions to best express its depth and freshness. Aging in wood imparts complexity and roundness, enriching the bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and a light balsamic touch.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color and a balance that combines tangy freshness and soft tannins, making it perfect to accompany traditional Piedmont dishes such as braised meats, red meats, and aged cheeses. A clear example of Barbera d’Asti Superiore, capable of enhancing the authenticity of the territory and the artisanal care of Vite Colte.
