Discover the exclusivity and elegance of "Champagne Les Vignes De Trelou Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut" produced by the renowned Tristan Hyest winery, located in the heart of the Champagne region in France. This exquisite champagne is the result of a meticulous selection of Pinot Noir grapes, grown with dedication and passion in the vineyards of Trelou-sur-Marne, a terroir known for its exceptional ability to impart intensity and complexity to its wines.

With an Extra Brut approach, this Champagne stands out for its minimal addition of sugars, resulting in a decidedly dry palate yet surprisingly balanced. The winemaking process uses traditional methods, with an initial fermentation in stainless steel followed by a long maturation on the lees that gives this Blanc de Noirs extraordinary depth and aromatic complexity.

On the nose, it opens with a rich bouquet, featuring notes of ripe red fruit such as strawberry and cherry, enhanced by hints of bread crust and fresh yeast. The palate is vigorous and structured, with a lively freshness that balances the intensity of the flavors and leads to a long and persistent finish, leaving an unforgettable impression of purity and refinement.

Ideal as an aperitif, "Les Vignes De Trelou Blanc de Noirs" is also a perfect companion for sophisticated fish dishes, shellfish, and gourmet white meat preparations. Each sip celebrates the tradition and craftsmanship of Maison Tristan Hyest, making it a valuable addition to any wine collection or an exclusive gift for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

Serve it chilled, at about 8-10 degrees Celsius, to best express its richness and complexity, especially on special occasions that deserve a toast to match the expectations.

Winery history
Born into a family of winegrowers, Tristan Hyest took over the family estate in Trélou-sur-Marne and, after completing his studies in oenology, assumed management of the property. Over the years he has expanded the vineyard holdings and developed a range of cuvées that showcase the terroir of the Vallée de la Marne.
Production philosophy
Artisanal, vigneron-style production: careful attention to vineyard parcels, vineyard practices oriented toward respectful viticulture, and extended ageing on the lees with low or no dosage to emphasize the character of the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate operates in Trélou-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. Some cuvées originate from local lieux-dits such as Le Clos and Courcelles, with wines that reflect the character of the varied soils along the banks of the Marne.
