The name "Pietrabianca" is a tribute to the rocks that characterize the territory, rocks that farmers encounter while preparing the soil. These rocks, when they are ground and become an integral part of the soil, help to enhance the aromas of the wines that come to life here.

The wine presents itself in all its splendor with a straw yellow color with green reflections. As for the aroma, it offers exotic sensations of pineapple and banana, combined with delicate notes of orange blossom and white melon. The bouquet is complemented by vibrant hints of vanilla and coconut, creating a symphony of scents.

On the palate, this wine is rich but never heavy, with a pleasant freshness and a well-balanced structure. Its unique identity is underlined by a mineral note typical of the soil in which it originates, adding depth and complexity to the tasting experience.
