The Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG produced by Tenuta Valdipiatta represents an excellent example of how tradition and quality can merge to create a wine of great prestige. This Tuscan wine is distinguished by its elegance and complexity, offering an intense and rewarding sensory experience.

The varietal composition of this Nobile di Montepulciano is primarily based on Sangiovese, locally called Prugnolo Gentile, complemented by small percentages of other native varieties. The grapes are carefully selected and handpicked, ensuring the highest quality possible. The winemaking process follows traditional methods, with prolonged maceration that extracts distinctive color and aromas, followed by maturation in oak barrels that further refines the wine's profile.

From an organoleptic point of view, the Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG by Tenuta Valdipiatta presents a deep ruby red color. The nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruit such as cherries and plums emerge, integrated with nuances of spices, leather, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is well-structured, with soft and elegant tannins that lead to a long and persistent finish, leaving room for reflections of vanilla and dark chocolate.

Ideal for accompanying robust dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Nobile di Montepulciano is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately, but also has excellent aging potential. Serve at a temperature of about 18°C to enhance all its qualities.

Tenuta Valdipiatta is committed not only to producing high-quality wines but also to respecting the environment, following sustainable practices that ensure the integrity of the terroir and the health of the vineyard. This Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is a tribute to Italian winemaking excellence, ideal for wine lovers seeking an authentic product with great territorial expression.
