On the palate, Adami's Prosecco Valdobbiadene presents itself as dry but harmonious, with persistent and delicate bubbles that invite another sip. The balance between acidity and sugars is masterfully maintained, making it perfect to accompany light appetizers or as a refined aperitif. Its structure is also ideal for celebrating special occasions or making an everyday moment unique.

This "Asciutto" version by Adami represents the high quality of Prosecco DOCG and reflects the attention and care that the winery dedicates to the production of its sparkling wines. A true gem to have in your selection for enthusiasts and connoisseurs of Italian sparkling wines.
