Lo Spumante Brut Trentodoc Metodo Classico - Cuvèe Blache prodotto dalla rinomata cantina Letrari rappresenta l'eleganza e la raffinatezza del Trentino. Questa cuvée nasce da una sapiente combinazione di uve Chardonnay, che le conferiscono una straordinaria finezza e freschezza. Il vino viene prodotto secondo il metodo classico, che prevede una seconda fermentazione in bottiglia e un affinamento sui lieviti per almeno 24 mesi.

Il risultato è uno spumante dal perlage fine e persistente, che dona al calice vivaci e brillanti riflessi dorati. Al naso si presenta con un bouquet complesso e intrigante, caratterizzato da note di frutta a polpa bianca, come mela e pera, accompagnate da sentori di agrumi, fiori di campo e mandorla tostata. Sul palato, la Cuvèe Blache si rivela cremosa e ben equilibrata, con una piacevole freschezza e una mineralità che ne esalta la struttura.

Perfetto come aperitivo, questo spumante si abbina egregiamente anche a piatti di pesce, crostacei, carni bianche e formaggi a pasta molle. Un vino che riesce a esprimere appieno le peculiarità del territorio trentino e l'eccellenza della cantina Letrari.

Trentodoc produced using the traditional method Vineyards in various subzones of the Vallagarina Modern winery in Rovereto, inaugurated in 2000. Wine tourism services: guided tours, tastings and wine shop Long-standing family tradition with documented roots dating back to 1647.
Winery history
The Letrari family has been rooted in the Vallagarina region since 1647. The modern family company was formally established by Leonello and Maria Vittoria Letrari in 1976. Leonello, an enologist trained at the Edmund Mach Institute, was a pioneer in experimenting with quality sparkling wines in the 1960s. The winery moved to a modern facility in Rovereto in 2000 and is today run by the new generations.
Production philosophy
Combines family tradition with technical innovation: meticulous winemaking, low, carefully managed vineyard yields, and a production focus on classic method sparkling wines and still wines expressive of the local terroir. Dedicated to hospitality and wine education, offering tastings, guided tours and a wine club.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards scattered across the Vallagarina around Rovereto, with a temperate microclimate influenced by the Adige and the Ora del Garda, and often poor, rocky soils that promote even ripening and concentrated aromatics.
Awards and recognitions
Appearances and awards at international competitions: for example, gold medals won by certain wines at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2023. Also featured in regional guides and circuits such as Slow Wine and Trentodoc.
