Expressing the elegance and refinement of the Côte des Blancs, the Diebolt-Vallois Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Millesimé AOC is a celebration of the purity of Chardonnay. This wine is produced using only Chardonnay grapes selected from the finest vineyards owned by the Diebolt family, located in the renowned areas of Cramant, Chouilly, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the heart of production for some of the world’s most exclusive champagnes.

The unique climatic and geological characteristics of these areas lend the wine a distinct minerality and timeless elegance. The production process follows traditional methods, with fermentation partially occurring in oak barrels, allowing for a complex development of flavors. The prolonged maturation on the lees in the bottle, often extended beyond typical vintage standards, helps to intensify the aromas and complex the palate.

Visually, the wine presents a brilliant golden color with a fine and persistent perlage, a hallmark of high quality. On the nose, vibrant aromas of citrus, white flowers, and subtly toasted notes emerge, while the palate reveals a balanced structure and impeccable freshness, with a long and aromatically rich finish.

It is ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes such as seafood, raw fish, or white meats. Perfect also for celebrating special occasions, the Diebolt-Vallois Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Millesimé embodies the quintessence of high-end champagne, making it a true gem for enthusiasts of the genre.

Winery history
The Diebolt family has been present in Cramant since the late 19th century. Sources indicate that Jacques Diebolt was active in the village from 1959; with his marriage to Nadia Vallois the Diebolt‑Vallois name took shape and the estate developed over time, later passing to subsequent generations. The house became known for quality cuvées, in particular the Fleur de Passion, produced in vintages judged excellent and often vinified using traditional methods.
Production philosophy
Strong focus on the terroir of the Côte des Blancs and on highlighting Chardonnay; a cellar style oriented to low dosage, respect for traditional practices in the flagship cuvées and limited-scale production to emphasize the quality and identity of the vineyards.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, with grapes also coming from nearby villages such as Cuis and Chouilly and from selected parcels in the Mesnil area; the Pinot grapes destined for the cuvées come from parcels on the Montagne de Reims and in some areas of the Côte des Bar, as described by the house.
