This sparkling wine stands out for its soft and velvety character, typical of the Saten style, which favors the use of only Chardonnay grapes, giving it a soft and enveloping structure.
The production process starts with a rigorous selection of the best Chardonnay grapes, followed by careful and meticulous vinification. The maturation on the yeasts extends for at least 36 months, allowing the development of an aromatic complexity of remarkable intensity. The result is a Franciacorta with a bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights, equipped with an extremely fine and persistent perlage that anticipates the elegance of the sip.
