Il Concerto Lambrusco Reggiano Medici Ermete comes from the historic area of the province of Reggio Emilia, the heart of the Emilian tradition of Lambrusco. Here the native grape varieties, including Lambrusco Salamino, contribute to creating a sparkling, fresh, and vibrant wine, an authentic expression of the territory.

Characterized by an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, this Lambrusco welcomes with aromas of small red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of light spices. On the palate, it is balanced, with a pleasant acidity and fine, persistent bubbles that enhance its drinkability.

The aging takes place using the Charmat method, which preserves the freshness and liveliness typical of this denomination. Ideal with cold cuts, traditional Emilian dishes, and medium-aged cheeses, this Lambrusco is perfect for aperitifs and convivial moments.

A wine that tells the story of the region with elegance and simplicity, a faithful guardian of the local wine culture.

Production of Phermento with secondary fermentation in bottle Headquartered in Gaida, with several estates between Reggio Emilia and Modena. Activity conducted in collaboration with a historic balsamic vinegar producer specializing in Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
Winery history
The Medici family started the business along the Via Emilia in 1890. In the following decades the property grew and evolved while remaining family-run. From the 1980s—and especially under the fourth generation—the winery carried out a thorough restructuring of its vineyards and production methods, focusing on limited yields, selection of single vineyards and on enhancing the quality of Lambrusco, ultimately making it one of the winery’s flagship products.
Production philosophy
Careful, land-focused cultivation and sustainability: reduced yields to prioritize quality, use of organic practices, and investment in targeted winemaking to enhance the identity of individual vineyards.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are distributed across the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. The headquarters are located in Gaida, along the Via Emilia; among the estates is Tenuta La Rampata, associated with the production of the Lambrusco "Concerto".
Awards and recognitions
Lambrusco "Concerto" has repeatedly received the Tre Bicchieri di Gambero Rosso; other recent recognitions include high scores from Wine Enthusiast for "Phermento" and medals and mentions in international competitions. Reported certifications: organic and Equalitas.
