The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC - Pruno Nero - Cleto Chiarli is a sparkling red wine of great expressiveness and character, produced in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, an Italian region known for its rich winemaking tradition. Cleto Chiarli, one of the oldest and most respected wineries, has perfected this wine with meticulous care and a passion that began in 1860.

This Lambrusco Grasparossa stands out for its deep ruby-red color with violet highlights. On the nose, it reveals intense aromatic notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, accompanied by light floral nuances and a delicate scent of violet. The well-integrated effervescence adds freshness and liveliness, making it exceptionally inviting.

On the palate, the Pruno Nero demonstrates a splendid harmony between acidity and residual sweetness, balanced by soft tannins and a pleasantly robust structure. The taste persistence is remarkable, with a clean and refreshing finish that invites another sip.

This wine is ideal for pairing with typical Emilian cuisine, such as tagliatelle with ragù or dishes based on local cured meats and cheeses. It is also perfect as an aperitif or for celebrating special occasions. The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC - Pruno Nero by Cleto Chiarli is a representative example of Italian skill in creating high-quality sparkling wines that are both rich in history and pleasantly modern.
